Parlour Winter Salon 2023

Lee Hillam had an interesting and wide-ranging on-stage conversation last week with Kit Ku of Hayball as part of the Parlour Winter Salon.

The discussion careered wildly from sharing their own ‘How is started: How it’s going’ stories, to how gardening leads to biodiversity in major schools infrastructure projects, how career development always seems to have to include management of people (but why? Can’t we just be good technicians and still progress our careers?) why it’s so much better to be a snow-plough than a firefighter and what it really means to be able to feel you’ve got something in common with those who have been leaders before you (e.g. you can’t be what you can’t see!).

Keep a lookout for updates on the conversation at https://parlour.org.au/.
