Ward Oval Multipurpose Hall opens in time for The Cobar Show

We often work on buildings that first appeared as ‘zones’ or ‘envelopes’ in work done by us at precinct plan stage. This means we can apply our experience in understanding the detail of the building to the broader precinct planning process. And each building that gets completed within one of our precinct plans allows us to analyse and test our previous precinct design work.

Two buildings that are near completion in Cobar, the Ward Oval Multipurpose Hall and the Cobar Early Learning Centre, are a great example of this, being first proposed in a master plan for the whole Ward Oval precinct in 2017.

This drone photo sent to us by the builders show the rides being set up ready for the Cobar Show between the Ward Oval Multipurpose Hall which will get used for the first time as part of the Show, and the Early Learning Centre which should open in July.
